stay just stay

There has been a big fuss over the drinking age being changed to 18.Some people think staying at 21 is best, because it could help save about 800 lives a year. Then on the other side people think it should be lowered, not just like you can drink, but take a class and permit.They would say its good but people would probably finish the classes when they turn 21.

In my case I believe the age should stay at 21 not lower to 18. Even though it's a two year difference, I think it could cause more harm than happiness. For example the national traffic safety administration estimates that raising the drinking age to 21 saves 800 lives year. You make think that's a small amount but it isn't when you think about it is because all those people had lives and families. Also if we did lower it would that mean 800 lives would be lost? Then I think lowering it wouldn't help them because they might think it's fun then but what happens when they loose their memory?

The other side that says lower the drinking age has a bunch of malarkey point of views. One they talk about and compare the drinking ages of other countries. That's kind of stupid because so many countries are different and have different points of views. Two they say "they recommend drinking learner permits for the 18 year old". That's just going to waste the people's time who takes the classes. Also would be a hassle to carry around if people don't even carry around their license. So they don't make a good fight.

Then we have evidence that's wrong to because back in 70's they tried it. It didn't turn out good because they had more alcohol consumption by youth. If they learned from the 70's then, why are we talking about it now?! I just believe we should just stop talking about changing just let it stay. I'm saying this because eighteen year olds are trying to get their lives together and drinking could probably ruin their lives.

Messing With Minds

A photo of a devil-looking man with a big nose and a plump belly is Propaganda being advertised about Jews. The illustrator is trying to pursue that all Jews are the “whips (oppressors) of all man kind.”

The illustrator drew a picture of a red Jew with a fan nose and body, with a whip in his hand, standing over a globe and is whipping a crowd of people. Including children and women. He or she is trying to pursue that Jews take over the world and that they are in control with whips, while all the other citizens are defenseless.

Aside form the action of the Jew, the look of the picture is very red and very dark-looking. The photo looks like hell. With the Jew as the devil who is hurting many innocent people in a caravan-looking line. The Jew isn’t just in a village either, he is on top of the world. Which shows that the Jews are on top of the world and are making it hell on earth.

I think the point of the look of the red picture, and the action that the Jew is pursuing is trying to advertise that Jews are devils and destroy everything in the world. The Propaganda is a big, they repeat the theme of red and destroying things, and it isn’t the truth. One Jew doesn’t decide the fait of the whole world. The vision of the Jew is big because it shows the Jew on the whole world, not just on one city, but that the Jew affects the WHOLE WORLD! The one Jew can’t oppress the whole world so it is not the truth. And they are repeating the idea of hell, the red colors, the devil, the fat big-nosed Jew, and the world in danger due to the one Jew. The picture all together is a joke, and is just a way to put a label on ALL Jews for being an ugly, big-nosed, destructive devil!

Devilish Jew Propaganda

Before I start this I do not think this picture is correct.

An devilish Jew Whipping many poor defenseless people walking on a never ending path. The man /Jew is a Jew and the way to tell is by the big star of David on his shirt. The poor adults are covering the children to make the picture look sadder.

The Blue Octopus

Description
A blue giant octopus has the world in its grasp. The octopus has the star of David, a very significant symbol to the Jews, over its head. It doesn't just have its tentacles on Europe where a lot of the Holocaust is taking place, it has it all over the world. It's grabbing every corner of the world. Not only is it grabbing the whole world, it has ink spreading from its tentacles on the white untainted globe.

The Message
Jews are spreading and dominating is the message of this poster. It shows that they are getting control of the entire world. They are spreading their filth all over the clean, white, perfect world. It is also one octopus, one Jew doing all this harm. It's saying, "look what one Jew can do. Imagine what many Jews can do?" They have control of the world.

Propaganda Technique 1
One of the propaganda techniques in the poster is making it big. Look at the size of that octopus! It's big enough to cover the place where billions of people live. Anyone can see the point that they are trying to make on the poster. They don't care about anything, they just want to dominate the entire world. It has easy control over anything.

Propaganda Technique 2
Another propaganda technique used in the poster is emotion. If I were living in those bad times I would be very afraid. It's something horrendous that is and will get you. No matter how much you try to stay clear and try to hide, you will be caught and discovered. If I were with another person there, I would have feel that I have to protect them from this horrible beast. It would make me want to help them and keep them safe. It would stir a protective feeling inside me.

Typhus Infestations

Description

The picture above shows a bloody, disease ridden louse infesting a eyeless, human skull. The lice, according to the caption, represents Jews, and the skull represents all man kind. If you read the caption, you see that lice cause typhus, therefore Jews spread typhus. The lice seems to be eating away at the non Jewish person and it seems that the blood on it's shell could possibly show that this bug has had plenty of victims. Also, the size of the lice dominates the human head and shows empowerment and the act that Jews are causing great harm to the rest of the world, even death. 

Message 

The message this propaganda poster seems to be spreading is the idea that Jews are so deadly to Earth that they should be exterminated, just like the real bugs are. Also the caption states that "Jews are lice; they cause typhus." This is a false statement, being that Jews aren't literal insects and pests, and that typhus isn't just caused by a human. Another thing is that seeing how the "victim" only has one eye it seems like the bug came in with a blind attack and that the non- Jewish person had no idea what had happened and that they are innocent.

Propaganda Technique #1: Emotion

If anyone saw this picture the first thing that would probably come to mind is fear. From the thin, skinless, eyeless skull to the creepy, bloody louse, you just get goosebumps. Also the pincers are obnoxiously large and it brings on disgust. Also this picture shows a Jew killing an innocent non-Jew easily and then seemingly moving on to the next victim. I also get really scared when I see this because I do not like bugs at all, and if a bug is strong enough to kill a human, I don't like it even more. I definitely have mixed emotions about this piece of propaganda.

Propaganda Technique #2: BIG!

I think there is huge exaggeration to all the propaganda that was made. Obviously, one Jew couldn't possibly wipe out an entire nation and destroy all man kind. It's just not possible and I won't let that go unnoticed. I mean, unless they were a psycho dictator with a grudge or something, but that was Hitler's job, so they couldn't possibly. Also, they make it seem that only non-Jewish people get typhus, but Jewish people got typhus just as well. 

I think the propaganda made about the Jewish people is so inaccurate and so harsh. That is the point of propaganda, true, but who thought of this? "Oh, my son died of typhus and he had a Jewish coworker, so the  Jew did it! Let's call them lice!" It is the most disgusting thing ever.

The creeper?

Description

In this picture a Jewish man is passing out some sort of treat to the little kids. The Jewish man is fat and has a humungous nose with white pale skin. He appears to be wearing a long trench coat with a black suspicious cane. There are two little kids in the picture. The boy with the stick seems to be thinking about whether or not to except the treat or not. The girl with the doll is simply waving her hand saying she does not want it.

Message

The main message of this poster is that the Jews are not only attacking the adults, they are also attacking children. This picture is saying, the Jews are creepy people and they attack even the smallest of kids. The Nazis are basically saying we need to dispose of all the Jews before they continue to attack our children. The picture is also sending a message that the Jews are tempting everyone (including the children) to join the dark side. It basically shows we need to get rid of the Jews before they get rid of us first.

Propaganda Technique #1: Persuading

This poster is making parents all over the world think the Jews can really hurt children. It makes them think they should join the Nazis and their plan to exterminate the entire Jewish race. Even if they do not want to join them, it at least makes them think the Jews are bad people. The parents also get persuaded to think they need to protect their children more. The Nazis are persuading more people every day to turn against the Jews.

Propaganda Technique #2: Repetition

The last propaganda technique the Nazis use is repetition. Already in this post I have mentioned Jews countless times. All these hurtful feelings all from one picture. In other pictures like this, they always portray the evil side of the Jewish race. The Nazis keep hammering the idea that Jews are bad. They keep on doing this by putting pictures. Some people who have not seen them, and they automatically think they are bad people when they have not even witnessed them in real life.

The purpose of this picture is purely for brainwash needs. (Which ironically is not even needed)

Description of the Propaganda

In this poster there’s a Giant octopus that’s covering the world.It looks like he has a giant nose. The whole poster seems dull, like no one else lives on the earth but the octopus. In the background there’s also a star of David above the head. Then what caught my eyes was the ink coming out of tentacles.

Message

The message in the poster was that Jews cover the whole world and the rule it. You can see this because there’s a Star of David above the octopus head. Also the octopus has a stereotype big nose. Then how inks coming out of the tentacles showing how probably how jews can come to you. This just whole poster just symbolized how jews are all over the world and “they will harm the world” supposedly.

Propaganda Tech #1: Emotion

This poster made me feel two things sad and angry. 

1. It made me sad because why would you compare and animal to a human.
2. Also it had a typical big nose which was weird because I thought octopuses don’t have noses.
3. It made me mad because how could people just pick on them by making them seem like there a threat to the whole world.

Propaganda tech #2: repetition 

The nazi had a lot of types propaganda but I think they liked repetition the best. In this poster there showing repetition because there comparing Jews to a different type of animal. In other posters the Jews are lice and spiders. Also how there supposedly just “hurting the world and ruling it”. Also how they keep on putting a big nose for every pictue involving a jew.

I think the nazi were to harsh on the jews and they didn’t have to make all those posters and other things. If there was already a lot of people hating the jews enough.
